Elena trained under master goldsmiths in Florence and Antwerp before establishing Lumière in London's Hatton Garden district in 2009. What began as a single workshop with a handful of artisans has grown into one of the UK's most respected independent jewelry houses.

We source every gemstone directly — visiting diamond cutters in Antwerp, emerald mines in Colombia, and sapphire dealers in Bangkok. We believe in transparency: every stone comes with its origin story.

Are all your diamonds ethically sourced?+

Yes. Every diamond we sell is Kimberley Process certified and sourced exclusively from suppliers who meet our strict ethical standards. Many of our stones come with full provenance documentation.

Do you offer ring resizing?+

We offer one complimentary resize within 90 days of purchase. After that, resizing is available at a small fee depending on the complexity of the design. Some pavé-set styles cannot be resized — contact us for details.

Can I create a bespoke piece?+

Absolutely — it's one of our most popular services. Book a bespoke consultation and our designers will work with you from concept sketch through to the finished piece. Bespoke pieces typically take 4–8 weeks.

What is your returns policy?+

We accept returns within 30 days for unworn items in original condition. Bespoke and engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact our team and we'll arrange a free return label.

How should I care for my jewelry?+

Clean gently with a soft brush and warm soapy water. Store pieces separately in the provided pouches. Avoid contact with perfumes, chlorine, and ultrasonic cleaners unless your piece is specifically rated for them. We recommend annual professional inspection.

Do you offer gift wrapping and engraving?+

Every order arrives in our signature forest green gift box with ribbon. Engraving is complimentary on most pieces (up to 20 characters). Select the engraving option at checkout or contact us for longer inscriptions.

How long does delivery take?+

In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. UK delivery takes 2–5 days; international 7–14 days. All jewelry is shipped fully insured with tracking. Express options are available at checkout.

Is my purchase covered by a warranty?+

All Lumière jewelry carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and accidental damage are not covered, but we offer affordable repair services to keep your pieces looking their best.
